    The Simpson Handbook of Obstetric Anaesthesia was distributed as a HTML document on a CD ROM by Astra Pharmaceuticals about three years ago. The images have been optimised for a 320x320 colour screen, such as the Sony Clie or Palm Tungsten, however the document can be easily read using a Pocket PC with minimal horizontal scrolling.
